At just 17 years of age, Finn Iles shows he has a rich future in the senior ranks as he tears through Quebec’s historical quarter.
In an eye-catching video, it cuts from people-filled streets to a completely deserted city scapes as Iles charges down steps and past iconic monuments before jumping off the city ramparts in the closing shot.
Occasionally breathless on the bike on a route in glorious sunshine, he says of the film Purest Line: “When I’m on my bike I don’t really think about anything else but riding.
“You’re just in the moment. It’s an awesome feeling to be able to do what you love.”
Iles has long been hailed as a star of the future before dominating the UCI junior circuit, well known for pushing the boundaries even before this two-minute clip.
